Payza is a scam On the !2th of July 2012, I deposited £1220 in £400, £400, and £420 accordingly, but payza only credited the last £420 still hold my £800. I have written the company several times through their ticket no response, I have tweeted them several times no response, in my message i have scanned the statement of my account that i used to make the payment and the letter written by my bank to show the proof that all the money entered their account, nobody responsed.Even, in so many times, i have tried to call all their offices in UK, USA, and CANADA, i can only talk to machines, how an established company like that can not have a contact centre, it seems like a scam centre. Please, can someone help me to get my money back.My name is Joshua adebisi, e-mail address shelguy007@yahoo.com

You should consult with you bank they will tell you what to do. I think they can easily charge back the money which you have deposited.

It does not hurt to ask the bank; But that is not an automatic win either as banks are getting to the point where they
do not like getting in the middle of internet transactions like paypal. I got a double charge from kmart, and filed a dispute,
kmart refused to refund the 2nd duplicate charge, and TCF bank declined to refund the dispute, they pretty much said
that I was the one scamming kmart, seriously? not only have I never returned to kmart (any kmart), i also dumped TCF...
the point of all of this is, dont expect the bank to always be on your side, even banks throw their clients under the bus....
not only do I not need your business, and if you throw me under the bus, then I do not need you holding my money...
and this was not an internet transaction, but a pos of sale transaction where kmart charged me twice (double charge)
and before that, I had another bank that sold me out when a motel charged me more then the signed receipt, and i
filed a dispute, and offered to show the bank the receipt; they did not want to see the receipt, and denied the dispute...
They too threw me under the bus, and I threw them out the door, and went to TCF, and when they threw me under
the bus, then I went to another bank; I fired TCF Bank so quickly that they did not have a chance to blink...

Maybe you have a bank that values your business, or maybe they will throw you under the bus....
This is the chance you take when you file a dispute; They are under no obligation to reverse anything....

Banks do give you some type of time frame on filing a dispute, so find out what the time frame is; dont just
run out and try to cash out the dispute first, use that as your last option before your time frame runs out.
You should continue to work with payza to find out what the issue is so you can help resolve any issues...
do not threaten them, and do not threaten them with disputes, or they will never respond...
if nothing seems to work near the end of your dispute time frame, then consider filing a dispute with your bank.
Because if you jump the gun and file a dispute, then you may never be able to use payza again, ever....

can you see your funds on hold in your account? If so, then you maybe you are the one under review, they
may think you are a scammer for some reason, and payza maybe just protecting their own interests, as
you know fraud is huge these days concerning pay processors. Have you threatened them with a dispute?
if this is the case, then I can understand why they have no responded. If you win the dispute, then you
get your money back, if you loose your dispute with your bank, then they get extra free money, but too be
honest, there could be a number of reasons why your funds are on hold, but I can not really think of anything
for the reason of them not acting professional and sending you an explanation of any hold reasons....

Although Payza support does respond on Twitter, they generally can't handle anything themselves.

you know their head office is in montreal. if you really are concerned, you can always give them a visit. i don't think they are a scam, more like a technical error.

    Hello Adex007,

We apologize you are running into some issues transferring money from your bank to your Payza balance. I looked into this issue for you using your email address to locate your account. It seems that you have successfully deposited £400GBP two times for a total of £800GBP. The funds had been made available for you on the 4th of July. Our records even indicated that you have converted the funds into another currency and have already used them.

To view the transaction activity of your Payza account, click on the green "My Payza Account Main Menu" button. Then click on “History”.

On this page, you will be able to view all transaction activity on your account. You may search for transactions by transaction type, currency, Reference Number and date.

Let us know if you need any more assistance or if the transactions checked out Okay.

    Kind regards,
    Marco

It is very unlikely the company would want to scam you of £400, heres the solution.

    Check bank statements
    Validate transaction
    Check Payza statement
Send copy of bank statement to Payza
    Wait 2 - 3 working days
If no response, contact back, get chargeback.

    It really is that simple

The thing is, while companies may have awful customer support they are logical enough to understand chargebacks, even if their intention was to scam you, it would be pointless since you can easily request a chargeback

Now I dont know how Payza work, this likely is just an error, one thing I can definitely say is, it is very unlikely this problem will even remotely get solved on a third party website that has no access to your bank or payza account, careless of if you got a response from a Payza staff or not.
