Payu2blog.com: anyone used it before?

I saw this reccommended elsewhere, has anyone else used it before?

I'm just wondering what content / subject matter / niches they usually go for?

I've heard of people making around 100$ a week from this site.

I thought payperpost was the front runner in paid blogging. Is this service supposed to be better?

Cheers for the input folks, it seems pretty agreed that it's hard to get approved.

Pipsbank, have you blogged for them before? if so, what type of subject matter was it on, if you don't mind sharing?

I think I may wait until mine is a little more established before I apply, although i was considering a new blog especially for payu2blog... maybe not a good idea.

I use them. They pay $5 a blog post and when you sign up you agree to doing every opportunity they send you whatever the subject matter. The posts have only one link in them and they are usually 60 words or less. They are on a selection of subjects such as truck accessories, pay day loans, green products, flowers, home insurance, commodity brokers, trophies, gamefly coupons etc. As far as I can tell there are more opportunities for US residents - I am from the UK and made $70 last month which is pretty typical. I hope that this helps.

Rachel- that actually helps a lot- especially as I'm in the UK also. Was that from your blogspot blog? At $5 per 60 or less words I'm not surprised lots of people are getting knocked back by them!!

    Thanks for letting me know,

I am currently part of PayU2Blog (as well as another 10 similar networks) I was approved first time although it did take a bit of time for them to look at my blog, in fact I actually had to send several emails about it.

Although most of the offers are $5 a pop I have had some $20 ones but they have required a video blog posted on Youtube as well.

I find them better than some but they do not pay as much as some (I'm not mentioning any here as I almost got banned last time).

Funniy enough the only networks I am constantly being rejected from is PayPerPost!

This is good for small blogs that are trying to make quick cash. But in the bigger picture, I'm not sure you want to do tons of reviews and fill your blog with their $5 reviews.

Cheers for the tips Dean. Hopefuly I will come across the higher paying networks you mention-- any tips on discovering them?

I am currently applying to Payperpost & PayU2Blog, hopefuly these will be a good start.

WhoJayBe: I know what you're saying, I don't intend to use Payperpost etc on my main blog, only on a supplementary blog or two.

Using those type of services will reduce the page rank of your website, which in turn makes it harder to get high paying offers on PayPerPost. Its a vicious cycle...

I had a blog approved a few weeks ago and since then they have been sending me a few opps per day, as already mentioned $5 a time for $60 words.

The MAJOR downside? You don't get to pick and choose which to take, they send you them you have to take them. So far all of mine have been about diet pills, pay day loans and furniture!

Basically, don't apply for Payu2Blog if you care about your site in any way or expect to be taken seriously by your readers, it's only suitable (imho) for 'crap' blogs without PR who don't mind being link farms.

What RealityTVFan said, I've been using payu2blog for awhile now, I went a little crazy with them in the beginning, loving the amounts of assignments they sent me, I was making $30 - $50 a week with them. I only used them on one blog and eventually the payed posts outnumbered the real posts. I guess it was like crack, a guaranteed injection of cash every couple of weeks into my paypal account. So I took a step back to actually explore the Payu2blog site and discovered you could set the maximum amount of offers they would send me each month, I set it to 4 a month.

I've essentially abandoned that blog now, I still do a few offers each month along with updates leading to my new blog, but yeah payu2blog can get a little overwhelming due to having to complete every assignment they send you and the fact you don't have to compete for offers like on other payed blog networks, receive them, do them and get payed pretty soon after. Without setting the maximum amount of assignments they send you they could potentially send you to much and it does have a negative affect on a blog.

I gotta agree with RealityTVFan and with Smoodiver..
Its a great cash injection ... especially when im hitting about $150 every week ( depending on whether i get to all the posts..)

The blogs I use with the system are blogs that I have which are purely for revenue generation ie Link Sales and Post sales.

The key is not to put any thought ( i mean that in a good way) into the post but include the anchor they request...

Im an expert at not thinking :)
