Paypopup.Com Down?

    I am trying to open paypopup.com but it is not opening since last 10 hours. Is it down? what happened to their servers?

    Looks like a DNS error, down for me as well. I no longer use them anymore after getting he dreaded google "this site may harm your pc" thing.

    If you get good traffic go to Valueclickmedia
    They only allow the popups to activate every few hours, but they still pay far more than paypopup.

    PayPopUp was having a system upgrade from Feb 3, 2009 6:00p.m to Feb 4, 2009 9:00a.m. During system upgrade, some users may have problem loggin into the account. However, the ad delivering and stats report are working fine.
