they are good..but only accept blogs with atleast PR3..thats why i got knocked off... but they pay good for blog posts!
PPP got started in June 2006 and recently released PPP Direct, a topic I covered here. Feel free to bid $99 for a post on this blog. BTW, I had a PR0 blog (now PR3) that was accepted by PayPerPost...Blogspot too!
I don't know -- they tell you the reason, didn't they give you one? PayPerPost may have tightened things up too. Check with them as to why your blog was rejected.
i had a decent blog about wireless networking http://wifi-is-simple.blogspot.com/ Its my own content..i update it almost less than a week normally..and its over 90 days old! meets all their requirements..they just emailed me saying my blog wasnt accepted.. Dunno why...
they will say the reason why your blog have been rejected.my blog have been rejected two times.but third time i got approved
You also need to have something like 20 posts within 90 days in order to qualify for PayPerPost. Also, if any of your content isn't unique, then that can work against you.
They have been around for a little while now. I think they overcharge some people for a blog post though, I don't know if things have improved, but some people were not happy with how much they were paying for blog posts as they couldn't select the blogs that their posts will go on or something a long them lines.
@john269: PPP is a marketplace and doesn't set the prices. Rather, the sponsors do in their offers. PPP provides segmentation by traffic, influence, sector and quality. They also recently launched PPP Direct, allowing publishers and sponsors to negotiate directly with each other. I'm guessing your source was confused or dated...
How do you get paid? I done at least 3 article but can't figure out how to submit them for review so I can get paid.
It depends upon whether you're using the PPP Marketplace or PPP Direct. For PPP Direct, payment happens once your post is accepted by the advertiser who provided the offer. The widget and/or PPP site walks you through negotiation/approval. For PPP Marketplace, payment happens 30 days after your post is written, submitted and approved. When you take an "opp" from the PPP Marketplace you should see an entry field for the permalink of your sponsored post -- enter that after your post is published. As such, the process starts with reviewing PPP's Marketplace and selecting an opp of interest...
Has anyone made much money off this compared to ppc ads? I have an account and my blog accepted but havnt actually posted anything yet. I don't want to make my blog content look like an advert as well as what I already display from adsense.
Once you click on the Opportunity Title, you will see a "Take This Opportunity" button on the top right of the page (assuming the opp isn't already full). Once you click "Take This Opportunity", you will see fields for entering the permalink URL of your sponsored post for that opportunity.
