To the last two posters on the previous page, if you are still having problems, go and check out the PPP forums, a guy named Owen has created a WP plugin to insert the required code into your theme, if you've not had much luck doing it manually...
I just got approved into their "Direct" program, still sitting on the fence on whether to advertise it or not.
Pingo phone card order on PPP has just expired, but will have another purchase order up soon to blog about pingo.com soon.
I just got the approval email from them earlier this week, site has to be 6 mos old to be approved, etc... checking them out.
