I've noticed that you can now specify that you want only blogs of a certain them, or PR So that's a little better...
If you did not get the type of blogs that you wanted then you can only blame yourself for not specifying that. If you allow anyone to take your opportunity then you are probably going to get poor results.
I did select the category, only to find a few of the posts in "personal" blogs (like myspace and not related to my post). There is no place to select your minimum pagerank, traffic, etc from where I can tell. Can you please post the screenshot of where I can deny blog posters like you say? Thanks.
drig: I have definitely seen advertisers require specific pageranks in the opp description and I've seen bloggers complain about being denied because they didn't meet PR requirements. That said, marketers won't win many blogger friends (higher quality posts) by offering run-of-network minimum $5/post, but then placing various segmentation or high wordcount requirements on the opp. Therefore, practically speaking, it becomes a tradeoff between price, quality and segmentation that marketers learn as they use the system more...
You can write it anywhere in the description of your opp.. If the blog who accepted the opp does not meet the standards spelled out by the advertiser their post will be rejected.
