    I have the website where is pay-per-impression banners. I use paid-to-promote.net(something like 1$/CPM), advpoints.com(0.2$-3$/CPM) and cpmmasters.com(0.1$ and 0.35$/CPM).
    I know also other PPI programs such as vastgate.com(0.25$/CPM), Fxlayer.net(0.5$/CPM), Hotptp.com(1$-10$/CPM) and Axill.com(0.2$/CPM).
