Paypay !!!

    I used them starting last year,I don't store large amounts of money in Paypay.
    Payments from PayPay to any bank account are much more cheaper than regular bank transfer.

    I used PayPal for online payment. So far no problems with PayPal

    No, it doesn't. Moreover, there is a fee associated with it. The fee is 0.99 Euro for verified bank accounts and 3.99% + 0.35Euro for other bank accounts. So, it's pretty costly.

    It's simple, the government (particular RBI) can't give permissions easily to every other organization that would want to send money to India (or to Indian banks), especially when the terrorism is showing signs of growth in India. The organizations such as Paypay needs to show that they have restrictions on its own and they should prove that they wouldn't go against RBI guidelines.
