    Here is how it goes.
    I requested for the cheque on 16th august and till now i have not got it, I have been mailing them continuously for the stop payment on that cheque as i think that it is lost in delivery or something like that, they didnt responded.
    Now i requested a check again on 19th of this month and after a while i have being mailed that the stop payment is being processed on the cheque which was issued on 19th lol..
    I straight away ring them and clearified the things..
    But till now neither my earlier cheque`s fund are back in my account and nor the new one is issued yet.. :)

    1. always wait 2 months full for an overseas check.
    2. always include the transaction id while contacting pp support.
    3. PP takes time to return the balance. A return fee of $15 is there.

    contact them again using the Transaction ID and clearify the stuff .Though i believe its too late for the stop payment but if the check is returned then something like 15$ is deducted and amnt is back in your account. Contact them again . You have waited for enough i believe .

    Update: Just received the PP check this evening...but the weird thing is that there's no local post office stamp on it. Time taken was 20 days for this one, which is quite good considering the festive season here in india and quite a lot of holidays this month.

    After 27 days :eek: Still waiting for 4 more days for cash due to bank strike :D

    I'm glad you guys in India are recieving you Paypal money....Here in the US Paypal sucks..I had to report them to the Better Business Burea for them to give me almost $4,000 that I had in my account from Ebay Sales.

    I got cheques from Paypal without a problem till date. Lowest turn around date is 10 days. Highest turn around time is 25 days.

    I generally get paypal money in 3 weeks. Some times due to postal service it's being delayed. Lat time I got it in 9 days which actually amazed me.
