Paypal's policy on disputes and sending/withdrawing money

I constantly get disputes filed against me because buyers are illiterate and impatient. Paypal states you can't send any money or withdraw during this time but I've never had a problem sending. Haven't actually attempted to withdraw. What has been everyone else's experience?

Well, the thing is that if you have a lot of disputes against you then chances are Paypal would inevitably gets wary about the way you do business and thus the block. The sad thing is that if you have done everything right, there is pretty much nothing much you can do about it.

Without much information, it is difficult to determine the cause of your problem. What kind of products are you selling and what are your client base ?

So far when I used Paypal intensively last year to receive payments for my products, I have not had a single problem.

By the way, is your account verified and created legally ?

Paypal will provide Seller's Protection if you can provide verifiable 3rd party proof of delivery as it works best with physical products which are shipped.

It might help to put more effort into stating your terms or giving more details about what you're selling, before the buyer ever gets a chance to pay you.

I haven't had too many Paypal problems - yet :)

Yes of course it's legal but it's not verified.

Do yourself a favor and verify your account to avoid problems in the future.
Otherwise you're exposing your money at risk (not to mention all limits).

Yup, you definitely need to get your account verified properly. Just used your bank issued credit card and that would work nicely.

If you are unverified, there is no way to determine who you are and if you are legit or not. Your banks can help you with the verification process by using their credit card or their bank account.

The suggestion to become verified really doesn't answer my question.

Why not ? When you verify your account, it tells Paypal that you are a real person and that you are up straight about your details. Once you verify, the restriction you face would be lifted and they will not be against your tail so much when you are unverified.

Unverified means that there is no way to determine who you are and if you are legit or dealing with money laundering or illegal activities.

I have already explained that I haven't been prevented from sending money despite the dispute filed against me.
