I think you are right, they don't care about us because we do not generate enough money for them. But come to think of it,if you ban some people from doing business with legally, they will use the back door because they want to survive like everybody out there.
What this means is that all of the people using paypal illegally with registered US address to my mind are actually generating money for paypal as if they were US residents,if you ask me,i think it is a win - win situation for paypal.it is so unfair.

It affects lots of countrys because PayPal has monopolized almost the entire online-payment market. We don't have any choice!

In my country, I can't withdraw, receive or deposit money to my paypal account, just because I'm peruvian.

In the other hand, MoneyBookers allows to do all that in my country.

yeah it's monopolizing internet because it lied to us we thought it's worldwide as they claim

nowadays MB and e-gold are competing very hard against paypal I expect it will drop very soon
cause people are getting to know what paypal really is even some us users are upset for those misplaced policies of banning

My, Haiti, country is excluded also, we can neither send nor receive money from Paypal. On the other hand, our neighbor, the Dominican Republic is adequately serviced by paypal. I'm not sure it's about market size, there are many very small countries that paypal include.

It seems like most of us here have the same problem. This is so really unfair,we are a country of over 140million people and if paypal had their senses, they would have known that not only are we Africa's biggest country, but the biggest single black nation in the world. The potential in us is so big that so many big multi-nationals are killing each other to get a share of the market.
I just wander if there is anything that can be done urgently to make paypal change their mind.i want to start writing to them to hear what they will tell meis their problem with my country.

The worst thing is that PayPal has almost entirely monopolized the market! We are trapped in this shit!
