PayPal's debit card highly recommended..

    PayPal has a debit card for USA citizens that really works as it's own bank, and you can spend it anywhere while getting back a small 1-2% refund to your account. I'd recommend it because you can have transactions in seconds, from orders filling in your account to your VBA with paypal in seconds. Have you used Paypal's debit card? What do you think of it?

    There is no chance of using this in the rest of the world? Only USA-available? Thanks.
