    well your site is doomed. first of all, just having paypal in your domain name can get it taken away, second paypal doesnt deal with gambling so paypalpoker doesnt make much sense.

    design simple and clear.
    But I don't like the logo, it's too simple compared to the right part of the header.
    Visitors are used to see very nice logos on poker website, so you have to make it look better.
    Also, the images for the titles (the little "royal flush" images) are too repetitive.
    You should try to find more images to illustrate the titles (Welcome!, Promotions, Freerolls, etc.)

    I agree with others about having Paypal in the name, before the site got big it be closed down by Paypal
