PayPall to Visa & Visa to PayPall, possible??

    Is it possible to transfer $$$ between PayPall to Visa and between PayPall & AlertPay?

    If you got a VISA card then yes its possible. But not between Alertpay and PayPal.
    Also, it depends on the country you are living.

    Actually, paypall is not allowed in my country and I also can not make account of paypall. Is the transfer is possible in this situation?

    Transferring between PayPal and AlertPay is not possible. But in some countries you can transfer funds between PayPal and Visa and vice versa. If PayPal is not allowed in your country, don't try this. They will limit your account.

    It depends on your country. As I know, you can only pay paypal by VISA/MASTER
    and paypal never allow pay to other online processor like alertpay, moneybookers etc

    If you have your PayPal account linked to your personal bank account you can transfer the funds to your bank account. This takes about 3 to 5 business days. I don't think you can transfer the money onto a Visa card other than the PayPal debit card.
