Yes, you can do that. There are some nominal charges that are explained on freelancer website. I think its somewhere around 54 cents for $10 or something like that.

Basically i am living in Pakistan and have lots of customer in foreign countries. Those customer only pay money by pay pall but my country not allow pay pall.
if i use freelancer, it is against pay pall rules or not.

    Hi ,
Do you mean a freelancer (Individual) or freelancer website ?
If you send money from your paypal to any individual or anyone, Its free for Sender (You),
if you want to deposit money on freelancer.com website using PAYPAL , then below is fee
Paypal : Fee: $0.30 fixed and 2.30% fee is taken.
Say if you deposit 100$ via paypal then fees will be 0.3$ + 2.3$ = 102.6$

Yes you can do that. Though it's not the best way to do business and in the longer run freelancer.com may realize that you are "laundering" money from paypal to other processor (I believe that is what you intend to do, right? or maybe transfer to another id and then transfer via AlertPay or something). Maybe they won't care as long as freelancer gets their fees, maybe they'll object and block or investigate your account. You will also lose some money due to transaction charges... but I guess some money is better than no money at all. You can use this method I guess unless you have a better alternative.
