Godaddy takes Paypal for domain purchases, and they do hosting so they probably take Paypal for that too.
go to "paypal" "." "com" -->> sign up an account and add funds to it via CC ( or manage it ) and purchase domain nams / hosting from godaddy as they accept money from paypal accounts.
