Hey now, before we send him on a lecture on it I'm somewhat for giving him the benefit of the dbout and helping him at least get his money back or something.

Any way we can help his problem?

No, there is no legal options as he has signed up with false details. This will amount to a breach of contract. The only way he could get his money is probably through illegal means.

You cannot just go break contracts or ignore them if you don't think they suit your needs. If it is so, the world would be a lawless place.

Do you see any options he could take ?

The only thing I can think of is that he migrate to the UAE to the address he stated in his Paypal application then work from there. I don't think there is an issue about getting his money back because UAE is listed as a country in Paypal network which can only send payment and not receive it so he would not be able to have a balance in the first place.

I'm not seeing anything either... this is why I do not sign up for adsense. I'm old enough to have a job get a paycheck and own a car, run a website, learn html and PHP, host a few gaming servers witch involved learning .XML and SQL a bit more advances, but aparently I can not sign up for a PPC program. Total bull >.>.

But yeah, I avoid it because I know if I do sign up and get caught, I'm screwed for my main online carrer. So yay adengage in the meantime =p. I'll live.

Hmm... best of luck to you buddy. You got yourself in some tight hole now =/
