    is anybody have idea that in the paypal why their is a difference in the dollar and INR i.e if in current market segment 1 dollar eqaul to 44INR then paypal shows it as 42 INR.????

    This is how they make money. They offer less in exchange rate and they also take the transaction fees. Profit from both sides.
