I had put an withdrawal from paypal to indian bank account on 9th of feb (didnt knew abt RBI issue that time) its almost 17 days and the money havent got reversed back to my account yet nor i have received. Is there anything i can do regarding this except from writing them email (tired mailing them and getting there stupid answers)and praying ??
