    u need to reach 100$ to get checks. paypal is a not option in google adsense payments

    Google have their own payment processing which is Google Checkout. So they won't use Paypal because it is direct competitor to them.

    Yes, they pay by checks. But for certain countries, they also paid via Western Union.
