I don't like the way how you can simply file a dispute on paypal and win. So you can sell something, they get the item, and they file a dispute and win. This happened to me a lot.

Who agrees that you can win too easily?

If you have already delivered item to your buyer then you can provide documents and details such as shipping info etc. to paypal.

    DON.

You will still have details in your logs?
if I sell some thing on line I set up a pass worded directory send them the user name and password to log in.
if they put a dispute in I simply show paypal the email I sent, the log in details, the IP that logged in.

I am also having trouble with paypal and have vowed not use it anymore. Apparently making a decent amount of money is A sign of fraud?

If you read the terms and conditions, you would realized that virtual products are not covered by the Seller's protection. Paypal was founded to provide a means of payments for online auctions and the framework is still built for that. Thus they require 3rd party proof of delivery to award the case to the seller.

Virtual delivery cannot be proven and to makes matters worst, paypal is not physical present when the buyer sends you the money and sees that you actually delivered the service or virtual product.

If you are not dealing with physical products, do not use Paypal unless you trust the buyer wholeheartedly, someone who you have dealt before or someone you know personally.

I myself sell iTunes gift code on eBay and this stupid thing happened to me. The bid winner got the brand new code from me and he opened a dispute saying that the code did not work. Even when I show Paypal that I have sent him the code, they still required me to do a lot of stupid things.
    I hate Paypal.
