PayPal can be a real pain. Only a week ago i finally got my premier account verified, etc. First time I tried was late 2007 and something went wrong and they disabled my CC from entry. I had to fax them the cover sheet along with my bank statement and ID. The only problem was, I had no Printer and no fax machine. I don't drive yet so I don't have a licence either. I sent support emails and never recieved a reply to any of them. I finally rang them after I was really angry and the person on the phone was not very helpful at all and would not put me through to complain. But about a week ago I rang again and explained the situation in better detail, etc. And she sorted it all out. 20 - 30 mins later, everything was verified and working properly. We even had a laugh on the phone. Ranting and raving like a few people do is not going to help and they will just annoy you more until you snap. My advice is to everyone is to ditch the whole email support and ring them, explain in detail what the problem is and make sure they know you have all your bank information, and any other information you need. Hope this helps!

    Hi,

Can any one solve my problem?

Paypal has limited my a/c as well and is asking for "invoices". But I am not sure what "invoices" to provide. I earned money from the DP members by advertising and they pay to my paypal email ID.

    Any help is really appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Mark

When you sell something, you typically need to send the customer an invoice. I supposed you use the 'Send Money' option by providing your email address to your customer. That is the wrong way of using paypal to earn money. You should use the 'Request Money' options to generate an paypal invoice if you do not have your own invoicing system.

In this case, just create an invoice for the item and send it to your customer and send a copy to paypal. They just want to be sure the money transfer is for a legal purpose and not part of a money laundering scam.

Then issue an invoice to your customer and send it physically to them or via a PDF copy and then fax Paypal that copy.

I do have similar problem. I activated my account using CC. Now it's limited. They charged my CC $1.9. After reading this thread I think i SHOULD CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. TRY OPENING A NEW ONE
