Hello community, I have an unverified paypal account with 5 $. I tried to pay someone but I got this message : "Your account access is limited" How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance for your help!
Thank you for your fast reply. Indeed, they does not accept credit cards or bank account from here. The CC are allowed only in local use here in Morocco.
They limited my 25 cents, it has been quite a number of days. They claimed they did it for protection, I send them a nasty letter telling them our emails back and fro already cost more than 25 cents! But that guy said that it is a procedure. I find it funny because it is only 25 cents, but I can imagine the anguish of those who have a lot of money inside. I think Paypal needs to improve on how they do things. Adsense love to ban nowadays and Paypal love to limit. It is getting tougher earning money online!
Morocco may not Support Sending Payments. Check for that. Otherwise it may be a Verification Issue. CC would not lift the limit, unless ofcourse you have exceeded your Send Limit.
