Paypal wont let me open dispute...

    Paypal wont let me open dispute...

    When i go to open a dispute, i go through the process, and at the end where says open dispute, it takes me directly to escalating the dispute to paypal?

    I dont want to escalate the dispute to paypal, i want to open it. How do i do it?

    It tells me the seller is unable to respond so you have to escalate....what does that mean?

    Please help

    It is better you could resolve with your buyer. It happened two times for me. Once I have resolved with the buyer so it's been closed. But, if the buyer is not satisified then you have payback it. Thats my opinion.
