paypal without credit card

    can anyone tell me that how to use paypal for requesting and sending money without credit card .I have only debit card can i use that also . Please help me i have payment pending .

    You can request as well as send money without credit card (if you have paypal balance for send money) though you can send max. around $500 if you have unverified paypal account. And you are from India you can't use debit card for verification (only credit card).

    I think if u a India , u can use VCC for verified paypal and add fund balance too , so u can send money with pp no need cc .

    There is no limit on how much money you can request,
    Just 500 sending limit..
    Nope.As long as you are not from India..:)

    I know you can send money without be verified
    With certain quota ..
