    I did withdraw on March 1st, on 3rd it showed transaction completed, but no funds into my account yet, anybody who did transfers on Mar 1st, did you receive the funds...Normally it just takes 2 days..

    I am also awaiting my funds (PP 'Completed': 2nd and 4th March). Usually I get money in my bank account the next day.

    But I want to refer to this DP thread where you can confirm the PP receipts. Please see:

    Your confirmation will help relieve anxiety. I pray all get their money without delay.

    I also think that RBI must be holding inwards (especially from PP and other non-bank sources) for random dates to check from where the funds are coming into India, w.r.t. recent activities in a neighboring country. I may or may not be right on that. But the good news is, people are getting their PP funds now (today) as per the above link. One person has got 6 pending payments (various dates) today.

    I was researching for more info about these delays. I got this link:

    Please read answers by "Paypal Jason". He is the Official PP representative, I think.

    He has given some inside views, and also has given his email address for people to contact about delays. But maybe, there is no need to email or phone, because as per him, PP top authorities are positively working on this issue. Overall, most problems have been solved and people are getting their money.

    Hope, we all get it without further delay.

    There are at least three PayPal representatives available there, and Jason is the Official PP Representative. Please read it further (click on his name on that page). I think, at last we have a real human who can respond to our PP-related complaints. He really responds!

    I just found out this info, and thought that all my DP friends may benefit from it.

    You must be using e-banking to check your account.

    I too have seen that the payment becomes available at the ATM after about 6:30 PM, usually the next evening after the PP has confirmed completion of "Withdrawl to bank" txn, and at that time all bank employees are reaching home (the banks are closed much before that time in my small town)!

    Certain things will never be made known to us poor mortals, I suppose! :D

    I think everyone has got his all pending funds in paypal. though no body will give me credit for this but if you read all related posts you will find that it all happened in a jiffy when i suggested we leak this to media houses. within 48 hours everything was solved. I know the weak point of multinationals. I have a feeling that one of the media houses phoned these guys up and said what leads they received and that rang the alarm bells or else paypal guys read my posts and went in overdrive. Inspite of my contributions two members did their best to ban me they were parsibagan and one more guy . Thanks to you. But I must tell you that you people must have been in your knickers when I was trading using paypal that was way back in 2001-2002

    If you have a/c in ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, STANDARD CHARTERED , ABN AMRO, CITI etc. then you get an sms on your mobile everytime transaction above a certain amount is made. this works best with ICICI
