PayPal withdrawl to Indian Bank

I wonder why only DP members are so serious about this issue and other forums are'nt talking about this much

 

i have over 8000$ stuck in 5 parts...

I am really f***d up by PayPal. I did the withdrawal on 23rd February and it is still not credited to my bank account. It usually takes only 2 days but it is almost 11 days now.

I contacted several times to reach their customer support by phone with no use. I also send around 5 emails and only got template based reply. Only thing I can do it hope and pray which is ridiculous. I just received an email from their so called customer support in which they have knowingly removed the sent date and amount from my sent email.

Ajesh, as I carefully review your account, I did see that you have
completed the withdrawal on Feb. 23, 2009 for Rs.18, 371.78 INR. Though
the transaction has been initiated on your PayPal account and it was
showing completed on the transaction. The money will not be showing
automatically on your bank statement as it usually takes a couple of
business days.

Electronic transfers to your bank account usually take 5-7 business days
to process. Holidays and weekends are not recognized as business days
for most banking facilities, which may result in a delay in your banking
transactions.

The status of your withdrawal is 'Completed', which means it has
completed through the PayPal system. Please note:

* PayPal has no control over the length of time it takes your bank
to post their credits, and we do not receive confirmation when your
credit has been received by your bank
* Usually, if there is a problem with the transfer completing, it is
rejected back to PayPal and the funds are reversed back into the PayPal
account
* At this time, this transaction has not been rejected back to us.
Therefore, we suggest that you contact your bank and ask to speak with
someone who works with Electronic Funds Transfers. This Department
should be able to verify that your deposit was received.
* If you are unable to locate the deposit at your bank, and the
status of the transaction is still listed as completed, we can initiate
a trace on these funds once 14 business days have passed. In this case,
please contact us and our Customer Service will provide all the
information to initiate the trace procedure.

I did the withdrawal in my ICICI and AXIS bank on 24rd February to 27th Feb $455 in 4 parts. none of 4 transaction still not credited to my bank account.

i mailed paypal they replied same like Ajesh just different paypal representative name (Abequel).

I just talk with the billing department of the Paypal.
And they told me that there is problem from their side. and they have not idea when it will be fix ..

SO we have to wait till there issue will resolve.

rest 2 payment processor work well..

i think wait after couple of days we need to inform press because we are totally confused where our money flying.

 

yea... i already submitted to Hidustan Times. They are getting hold of Paypal india.

 

friends the problem is resolved at paypal's end and money will be in ur account within 3 days as paypal confirmed it So hold all initiatives for next 5 days

 

Lets see it .. Anyway I have provided the Citibank account number of Paypal Private Limited from which they process NEFT to Hindustan Times. They are contacting Citibank to get their address to get hold of them in India.

 

Please provide me the account so i can trace funds via RBI incase of delays

 

Withdrawl made on 1st march....still not received, but the status shows that the transaction is completed, since 2 days!!?

Is this what happening to every one else!?

 

Just go through this thread and you will find that there are many more sufferers like you.
