paypal withdrawl problem...urgent help needed

I added my bank account to my paypal account and then requested certain amount of money to be withdrawn. At the last step where they show all the details before confirming the transfer of money I noticed that the
Bank account holder's name: individual

Any suggestions on how to change the name from individual to my name.

 

The Account Name should reflect the name you use in Paypal. If there is a glitch in the system, call Paypal and tell them about it so they can make the necessary changes.

 

I faced similar problem on my business paypal account,so i am assuming your account is also business where "individual" is your business name,now u need to contact them,better call them and ask them to downgrade your account to premiere.

 

I am not sure if he can change business name in paypal but he can downgrade to premiere with his name.

 

You better contact customer support or you can withdrawing a minimum amount to your bank account. If it works fine then you continue with it or if you haven't got ur money only way is mailing to them.

I have one more doubt, does my account needs to be a premier account or individual. I dont have any bussiness and I'm withdrawing money to my bank account having my name.

 

There is no "individual" account,Since u will have premiere account with your name,u can withdraw to your bank.

 

You can only have a Business account if you have an incorporated company or registered business with a bank account in your business name. If you do not have that then the Premier account is the way to go. The premier account is for individual who want to do business online.

You cannot have a business account and withdraw to your personal bank account as it can be seen as misappropriating company's funds. In some countries, Criminal Breach of Trust is a very serious crime.
