PayPal Withdrawl Limit issue

    First off, I hate PayPal, but you have to deal with it in order to get anything done online. I did not have my withdrawal limit reset, and they told me they were fixing it. Has anyone had that problem recently as well?


    Oh yea, and now, my EXPUSE refund didn't post, WTF is going on?

    Such things as mentioned by you has never happened with me. Seems to be some technical issues.
    Give them little time and I am sure the problems would be solved....hopefully!
