Btw I had some 400-500$ Us$ with me, good I converted it, I got a exchange rate of 45.64Rs/$ some days back from somewhere. :D Seeing the current rate it was definitely a good deal. :D

I myself don't know much but what I know is that it is legally possible for resident Indians to open a foreign currency earners account where you can keep your payments in dollars and can choose to convert it when you get a favourable exchange rate :)

as a sidenote, I think someone with the right programming skills should really develop a script which should check paypal for the exchange rates daily and as soon as you get a good one on a day, we should do a withdrawal ;)

Really funny onedollar. I think for this we have to appoint one member who check everyday for paypal's exchange rate and let us inform once it cross 1$=>$45 :D

I simply open the newspaper daily to see the exchange rate. :D I am waiting to see a rate of 47rs/$ then we can expect some magic in paypal. ;)

Abt the foreign currency earners account, lets see I'l speak to some bank soon or surf the net for more info. But the question is.. paypal is not going to send us cheque's in $ and nor will google .. will they? correct me if I am wrong!

But till then your paypal balance cross something around 4000-5000$ IMO. Don't take any risk otherwise you have to loose everything otherthan 1 Rs. exchange rate difference :D

A US$ foreign currency account would work well for just storing money, but when we need to use the money as in withdraw it, we end up with the same conversion rate...

With paypal you have to withdraw in Rupees, i had requested them earlier for cheque in USD but they declined it. But INR is better anyways, since if you get the cheque in USD the bank here will charge you about $10(Rs.500) and it will take more days for the cheque to clear.

Google(adsense) allows you to get the cheque in USD, but i stick to INR.

I know there is $500/month withdrawal limit for Personal account. But still confussed about Premier account.

Actually my Premier account says withdrawal limit 0. I was thinking it is normal. But someone said something different.
