PayPal Withdrawal/Verification Options

Firstly, I want to clarify that this is not a personal input, but a summary of a long thread posted elsewhere discussing options to spend money "lazy money" kept into an unverified Paypal account.

Second, people discussing such option are non-American citizens, hence it is supposed that they do no have access to other verification method.

Then this is what is suggested there:

- Get a qualified mailing address in the USA and apply for an online account.
pro: Services such as valisinternational.com provides you with a USA mailing address.
con: Most online banking services require your SSN to be processed.

- Find if your local bank has a branch in the United States and contact your bank to find a way to get an American debit card through them.
pro: Most banking services are connected to American banks.
con: You need a local bank account with good references to try it out.

- Get an Offshore banking service
pro: Apply for this type of accounts is relatively easy.
con: You need from $5,000 to $15,000 as initial deposit.

- Find a trustworthy partner that provide you with an American bank number and send him/her the money if you are able to do so
pro: This is supposed to be hassle free.
con: You need to be careful about people you are associated with.

- Sell your American Paypal account to someone who can verify it
pro: Someone else will send you money to get that account.
con: Account are sold for about half its real face value, at a risk of being ripped off.

- Find a service to spend your money
pro: There is always something to pay online.
con: You need to find a service provider with an American bank account and make sure that your transfer will be credited.

- Being a lier... saying the truth to get your account regionally reverted.
pro: You can get your money verifying with a local credit or debit card.
con: Special skills to plot a credible story are needed.
