I need to know exactly which banks/cards and card types (credit or debit) are definitely (tried and tested) supported to withdraw from paypal via the withdraw to visa card feature.

    Indian users please advise.

I think any VISA CREDIT card will be supported. Since Debit cards cannot be added to paypal I dont think you can use them.

I dont think an Indian debit card will work as you wont be able to add the card to paypal.

HDFC Netsafe is ONE TIME use virtual credit card. It is not possible to withdraw from paypal to that. But you can always choose the bank transfer option and get it directly deposited to your HDFC account.
