paypal withdrawal not received after 2 months

i done a withdrawal from my paypal account in may and after almost 2 months i never received the funds. has anybody faced this kind of problem can anybody suggest what i should do now
i wrote them many mails even i called them several times but no response

 

if it very unprofessional on part of PayPal not to reply to your query when the issue of mail requires priority, I suggest, You call up PayPal personally and ask them for an explanation, This would speed up the process

i am from India

 

i called them several times they told me fax a copy of my bank statement that proves i not received the funds, i faxed a month ago and they confirmed the receipt but no result after that

 

Than there is some problem...... Indian receive payment within 5-6 working days...and it generally take 2 working days.

I have never heard of such a prob yet
