    I had heard from someone, that there were ATM cards available that let you withdraw cash from your local atm, and accepted Paypal as a funding source.

    Has anybody used such cards? from where can I buy them.
    Thanks for the help.

    The PayPal Debit Card is available to users who:

    * Have a U.S. PayPal account
    * Have been a PayPal member for at least 60 days
    * Registered a credit card where the monthly statement is sent to a physical street address (not a P.O. box)
    * Are Verified (completed PayPal's Verification process)
    * Have upgraded to a Premier or Business account
    * Are an active PayPal member in good standing, as determined by our Account Review Department

    To bad i dont live in U.S else i would apply for one

    Yes you must have a Premier/Business Account. ATM fee is $1. PayPal gives 1% INSTANT Cash Back Bonus EVERYTIME you use the card (You need to verify something or setup a backup first I beleive)! Plus if you overdraw your PayPal account .. you can have funds taken from your Bank Account or CC for back up! NO MORE OVERDRAWN FEES! :D

    Be careful using a bank account as back-up funding. If someone hacks your Paypal account or gets your card they can suck your bank account dry.

    ok .. and how is that different than using the ATM card straight from the bank? .. again. . every time you use the card you are risking someone emptying your account. So thats why they have 100% Customer Protection. Only downfall I see is that it now makes your Pay Pal account less secure b/c your PayPal ATM card # is now given out whenever you purchase with it ..
