Paypal just refunded the Withdrawal I made.. It seems they will not be processing Bank Transfers to India.. Also while reversing the bank transfer, they kept $54 for themselves.. $54 charged.. 1 week delay.. and for what?? Some unknown problem that they won't even tell the world about..
I got my withdrawl requests reversed and the amount is deposited back in my PP. However they didnt charge me any fees.
When I withdrew, ex rate was 44.85 in paypal now its 45 something, so thats why may be they deducted $$, but still I calculated and know paypal sucked few, they must be trying to charge us more, may be they avoided some taxes or fees in India. Probably the reason they are not disclosing reason of problem
Paypal will never talk in terms of USD and exchange. They will say that you have withdrawn 45000 Rupees and we have deposited the 45000 Rupees back in PP. Where does exchange come into picture? And we are using their service on their terms. Fair enough. What say??
I see that the DP threads about the Paypal Reversal are probably deleted now! I haven't seen any reversal in my a/c since past 3 days (3 transactions made in these days and all are showing Completed as of now). Can someone confirm that the reversal has been stopped now? Anybody?
