Saurabh, we are already aware of this issue and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it has caused you. We have noticed that most of the affected withdrawals were the ones initiated between February 18 to 24. Rest assured our technicians are working to resolve this matter as soon as possible. We are also just waiting for 14 BUSINESS DAYS to pass before we can initiate a trace. We require this timeframe before we can initiate a trace because it is possible that your money may automatically be returned to your PayPal account if ever it got rejected.
Please google "US news network submit story" and submit this story to various top news network of US. Even if each of of us submits one Article or Story to these USA based News Network it will have an effect on paypal. You can also send a story to CNN via there ireport link.

friends this is only Paypal error, they are making fool to us by saying technical error to it. What is the use of technicians if the money is processed by bank, what will technicians do with screw driver and all in this situation. Money is still with paypal and our accounts are showing FALSE "COMPLETED" status :damn.

Dear friends, Some respite maybe. I got one withdrawal today. I made the Withdrawal on 2nd March, and it reflected today in my bank account. But still, I have not got any withdrawals made between 19th to 25th But looks like there is some hope still left. Lets hope for the best.

PayPal has no control over the length of time it takes your bank to post their credits, and we do not receive confirmation when your credit has been received by your bank. Usually, if there is a problem with the transfer completing, it is rejected back to PayPal and the funds are reversed back into the PayPal account. At this time, this transaction has not been rejected back to us. If you are unable to locate the deposit at your bank, and the status of the transaction is still listed as completed, we can initiate a trace on these funds once 14 business days have passed. yesterday in timesofindia i read that rbi is keeping vigil on the foriegn transfers made through bankwire i hope it is not the case here too can rbi stop such payments????
