Paypal Withdraw Pending for more than 72 hours

So i have linked a VISA credit card to my account.Soon after confirmation i have requested my first withdrawal , the amount was 30$ , few hours later withdrawal status changed from Pending to Completed. When i received the money in my Credit Card , i requested another withdrawal , the amount is 400$ , i requested it on August 21st around 11AM GMT+2 , it's already August 24th 11:30 AM and my status haven't changed to Completed yet.
Can anyone tell me if anyone here have similar problem? Or can anyone tell me what should i do in this situation?

I'm from Lithuania.
I wrote that i already received my 1st withdrawal's money to my Credit card , that means all info is correct.

That is Possibly due to the Holidays coming in, and the time difference!!It Would be Completed Soon!

And Do You know one thing? You will never lose money from Paypal Unless You Put Wrong info!! AS Your Infos are right, Transactions will be completed, or else, in the other case, it will be refunded!

Well,There is no need to worry if all info is correct.
You also can give paypal a ring

 

just email paypal. may b its stuck in system, they will reverse it & u can re initiate the transfer to card

 

Yeah it will take some time to transfer if there are bank holidays one thing you should remember you should not withdraw on friday because it takes 4_5 days no need to worry wait for more 24 hours if not you contact customer-care.

if not , u really need to call up paypal , wat they would do is , cancel that request and refund ur money so that you can make a request once again
