PayPal withdraw limitations in India..

    I have read on Xoom that one person can't transfer money more than 12 times/year..
    Is the same thing applied to PayPal withdraw via bank transfer..

    You can withdraw $20,000.00 USD per month via bank transfer or through check withdrawal and $500/day through credit card withdrawal if you have indian verified premier account.

    Why are you going after Xoom anymore ..

    Paypal Offers you Bank deposit in INDIA as of now and they do support several Bank;s like
    ICICI , Axis , HDFC and so on .. They even do not take any fees if you withdraw more than Rs 7000 and if you withdraw less than that you have to pay Rs 50 only ..
