Paypal with foriegn credit card

Is it possible to use non american credit card when opening a new account with paypal?

Paypal does not restrict their usage for US Residences only and you are expected to use your country issued credit card when you open up a Paypal account.

For instance, if you are from India, you should add an Indian-issued Credit Card and if you are from South Africa, you are expected to add a South African-issued Credit Card.

Basically, you cannot sign up for an Indian Paypal account and add a South African Credit Card.

In short, you should use your locally issued credit card and sign up for a paypal account based on your country with all real information and not fake ones which other DP members are doing and finding that they got their account limited.

 

i think it should match your billing address in your country. not sure though!

 

You can use non-us credit cards with PayPal.com as long as the billing address of the card, matches.

 

I have an international paypal account, I live in Mexico, works great. Just make sure you use your address. Don't falsify one.

 

i think paypal works good with non American cards.
If it is not then how other people from india verify their account
