Paypal will Limit your accounts if you do any of the following

1) Open your paypal account from Proxy .

2) Opening more than 1 paypal id from same ip address (Not everytime but my friends account got limited this way later he had to call them and explain that one belonged to him and the other one was with his dads name.

3) Transferring huge money via paypal for buying Goods .(Normally paypal limit your accounts and ask for billing statement once you provide them with this information they will reinstate your account .

4) Few people from pakistan/bangladesh use paypal account created with fake address and information .If anyway your transaction is linked to their account your account will be banned for Life.

Many more ..but these are most important ones to keep in mind .

Yesterday i transferred 15$ to my frnds account both on the same ip address.
And mine account got limited .
Even my frns did not received money as the status shows held.

Never had problems with Paypal, guess i am a brave boy. And i transfer every month around 3000 Dollar through Paypal. Offcourse i am verified, and not located in a country with a higher risk profile. Been with them for over 5 years now.

 

Make a phone call to paypal and explain them everything .believe me they talk to you in a very nice manner

 

When a account is limited, paypal will tell you what to do. Just follow their guidelines and they will solve it. Offcourse it can take up to ten working days.

There is no service to replace it or competition to beat it so far. That keeps paypal in business despite complaints.

 

Nothing is with money @jammer .For the amount like 15000 USD i will always suggest you to use Wire transfer or Escrow payment if you are dealing with a project .

 

No, its not exact the cause of limitation.
Same ip 2 paypal accounts allowed.
No problem for big transictions.

 

Its not mandatory that all the time your account gets limited but most of the time it does if you do any of the following .

 

With sudden increase in usage of internet to transfer black money from illegal trades, Paypal has surely become very active and limits the account at a drop of a hat.

But giving them the required documents to verify your individuality should quickly resolve the problem too...
