My friend sold some wow (world of war craft) gold to someone, n that chap did a reversal of PP funds. Now surprisingly my friend didn't received any email form PP abt the reversal of the payment ! He did got the mail for the payment being made to him though - but he didn't got any mail for its reversal! Now he sold that chap three times in a day, total of around $ 450 , n all of the payments made to him were reversed. So, he want to tell paypal abt this, but they asked him to goto resolution center, but the funny thing is that the payment have already been reversed and there is no open dispute there,so he cant use the resolution center! I think nothing much he can do about it, but still I am looking for a direct mail to paypal.. ? do we have any special mail address for paypal .. for these kinds of cases ? something like fraud @ paypal . com or something, where these kinda cases can be addressed ? I hope u got what I want to say.. he wants to send screen shot of the chat that he had with the customer to paypal so that he at least gets some rays of hope.. but he didn't know the mail id of paypal for this purpose. His English is not good so he is not willing to call paypal.. So pls help him out.. we are looking for a suitable official email id of paypal , if any , for this matter. Thanks.

as i said his English is not good ... i am looking for an email id n not a postal one ... is there any specific id (like fraud_address @ paypal .com ) where he can send his email so that he can get special treatment in this matter <-- this is what is being expected to be answered here thanks

You might be thinking of - but this is for fake paypal emails that you recieve. The other way to contact them through email is for your friend to go to their paypal account, go all the way to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us" this will take you to a page were you can email them a question. I don't know of any other email addresses, maybe someone else has one.

Payments are already reversed,chances are he paid u with hacked paypal account,Call them or ask any of your friend to call.
one strange thing here is that he didn't got any email abt the reversal of payment... n it might not be hacked ac.. even if someone marks the payment as unauthorized..(even if its not) paypal does reverses it ... but we r looking for some email communication, n if u know where can we address this issue (the 'right' email ), it will be v helpful ...
