Okay, i've had it with paypal. They limited my account about 2 months ago. Asking for more info which is understandable. I had many problems with paypal in the past but this goes beyond pissing me off. I have $400 in this account, which they limited and asked for more info, they had the "steps to remove limitation" which i had wasted my time on to complete all steps. First off, i went to open a new bank account and get a debit which cost £50 to get be me started, that took somewhat one week to wait, then i had to wait one week to verify the bank and CC, then on top of that, i waited 3 weeks just for one poxy letter. As soon as i completed all the steps, i get an email saying they deny my appeal... i mean whats the point, i did all that for nothing.. couldn't they tell me this before, "that im a risk" to there company. What a load of rubbish when everything i deal with is legit. Why have steps if they won't accept you...
And put me on hold for 20mins like usual? It's not free to call in the UK. If it was i would have My question is would calling them even help.
I had the same problem but that was just initial hiccups. Credit Card verification got rejected by one bank but thank god I had another card from Visa and it saved me!
So far I do not have encountered things like this, but I hope they put more things into consideration.
