I have a Paypal business Account and have successfully applied fro Paypal Website Payments Pro (that cheap $30 month merchant account) I need to make a payment page (coded in PHP) in 3 simple steps page 1 (collect billing info + credit card info) to pay a fixed amount (like $30) page 2 (allow user to choose from 3 extra options (10 dollars more)) or choose "No, Thank You" Step 3-> Payment is processed. Paying well but please apply only if you are an experienced programmer. I am also PHP programmer and the reason I am not doing this job is that I am not a Paypal expert!
