Hey I'm an international student and need to receive money from my parents, they don't have paypal and I was wondering if I can use the Paypal website payments to receive their money.

I mean have a blank website hosted in my computer, with the payment form and from there they can send me the money..

is this against the TOS, is there an easier way

they can direct pay you with the credit card as long as they know your account id
However, not suggested to do that due to the high cost, suggest use western union, it is fast and cost save

No, it is not against the T.O.S. of PayPal, you can receive payments just as through any bank account. You should set up an account and send a payment request to your parents' email address, they will be able to pay it via Credit card. Depending on your location PayPal might be cheaper than other methods.
