    Just another way for paypal to be paypal lol, I personally don't mind though, I dont get clients from japan nor am i from japan, If i had that type of clientele then i would be slighly upset.

    Paypal has their ways to get their money from people by hiding behind their ToS, (Which they break all the time). I personally have no issues with paypal "yet"

    Well I think PayPal has decided to rip off the Asians as they can't do much about this PayPal way of taking away their money.

    Isnt it paypal just complying with the countries laws. its a good thing do you want paypal to be blacklisted by countries ?

    I think this is the good news for us that used paypal. Paypal doing that way just to assure that all of their member feel safe when transaction using paypal.

    We need something to replace PAYPAL, Alertpay, money bookers etc.. but it is not so comfortable as using paypal. Many have paypal account only and like to do transactions in paypal. It needs to be changed.
