paypal is best after that alertpay is best option

moneybooker may be good if you need more security over features

I know, but people, who want to pay me, use only paypal. I don't have any problems with moneybookers. People who want to pay in paypal only, have invoices for amount of 1,000 -- 15,000 usd per one and I don't know who can help me to solve this problem :(

Now I can't accept this payments, because I can't open paypal.

If PP does not want your country it does not want you.
And if your employer wants you they should find a way to pay you. Western Union and MoneyGram work all over the world and they are just a little bit more expensive than PP. But you get CASH.
You may also want to diversify your client base. You are way too vulnerable.

for payments of several 000$ the most effective way is the bank transfer; one week, much cheaper

they send you a long inconsistent list of things to document
they hardly read what you send and they freeze you for 18 months - they have a subsidiary doing money management with hundreds of millions in assets - where do you think they get the money from ?
we sell custom made software - they asked us for the proof of shipment - LOL ...
we sell coaching through internet - (regular) clients pay after the service has taken place; they ask us for a copy of the contracts and proof of performance, for each 30$ contract, and there are many ... none of them documented by a formal contract as it would discourage most clients
just tricks in order to be allowed to sit on even more money that is not theirs

If you're selling on ebay, it's a must to have a paypal account. otherwise, i think moneybookers works better. the transaction process is much faster and it's easier to use, although paypal is more popular amongst buyers. the main reason i hate paypal the most is their unreliable, unfriendly customer service. you'll always get pissed when you're calling them, they don't listen to what you're saying and keep repeating their script. that's about it.

I would recommend going with Paypal merely because it is much more popular and used more often than MoneyBookers. For example if you were to purchase items from many online stores, Moneybookers isn't always available; whereas Paypal could be considered a universal payment method.

All scammers would say Paypal is the best option. There are so many loopholes in there they can take advantage from. Paypal would only protect sellers if they're selling their items on ebay, even that is to a certain extent. They don't even care about you if you're selling outside ebay so once a scammer opens a dispute or does chargeback it's 99% likely you're finished. I'd say MB is the better option though.

My Vote goes to MB because of their world wide acceptance, Pakistan is 4th largest freelance service provider after USA and India on Elance, I don' know why Paypal is not offering its services here, though all other payment processing like alertpay,moneybookers,2co are here.
    Paypal Sucks...........

My opinion is paypal.Because it more then secure and have a buyer protraction.
Moneybookers don't have change back option.
