    Hello friends,

I am Brijesh from India, I wanted to ask your opinion about the best payment option between PayPal and MoneyBookers.com

    I have used the both.

    first i will discuss PayPal

We receive very less money conversion: 1$=41.00 INR, Jan 2007 rate...

    Currently i checked it Rs 43 = 1$

it deduct 5$ flat fee for check widthdraw.

its takes 25-30 days to receive the check.

    About MoneyBookers.com

I receive payment at the rate of 1 Euro @ 56.4

and receives payment in 5 days max directly into my bank.

I want opinion of you people which one is best service considering low commission charges and fast delivery.

    Thank you

I think in moneybookers overall you'll get around 1$=40-41 Rupees after deducting their withdrawal fee and conversion. So paypal is better in terms of this. Only drawback of paypal is we'll getting check lately in compare to MB direct deposit.

Other thing is Paypal is widely accepted while MB is less.

PayPal is really the universal currency around here - probably 90% of people use it - so my vote goes to PayPal.

I support Moneybookers, paypal lock accounts randomly for no reason and refuse to open them, they are untrustworthy www.paypalsucks.com

PayPal is good but still it has to expand its network worldwide (by real means). Though they claim to be a worldwide payment processor but they are supporting only 110 countries and only some countries have full privileges.
And MB is really offering its services worldwide and has been proving itself.

But for you if you can have both of the processors, why not make accounts with both of them?

Many users say Paypal because of it's wide acceptance. But it has very bad protection for merchants. Paypal's history as it relates to many merchants are full of horrid stories. If you get a chargeback with Paypal, money is also deducted from your account.

Moneybookers get's my vote as being the better system plus they absorb chargebacks with better merchant protection

There is another fundamental difference between MB and PP. MB is considered as hard online currency (no chargebacks allowed), while PP is considered soft currency (allows chargebacks).

Also as PP fully supports only western countries I'm obviously using MB. It is simply not a matter of choice for me.

    Regards, George
