Due to current circumstances, it is not possible to verify your account by validating your credit card or confirming your bank account. As a temporary procedure, you will be able to verify your AlertPay account by completing our phone validation procedure and submitting identification documents.

To start the phone validation procedure, just follow these steps:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on “Profile”.
3. Under “Personal” Select “Verification”.
4. Click on “Phone Validation” and complete the steps.

To submit identification documents, attach the requested documents to your reply to this email. Please ensure they are clearly visible, in .jpeg format and no larger than one megabyte in size.

Please submit the following documents:

• Proof of address, such as a bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill. The name and address must match with the information listed in your AlertPay account. Please ensure that the statement date is visible and that it is dated within the last 3 months.

• A government issued photo identification document, such as a passport, driver’s license, country/state ID. This identification must be valid and cannot be expired. Please ensure that your date of birth is visible.

Please feel free to hide or blank out any irrelevant information such as your driver's license number or account balances.

Once both procedures have been completed, your documents will be reviewed for approval. Once approved your AlertPay account will automatically be verified. Please allow 2 -4 business days for your documents to be reviewed for approval.

hi, I have still been given NONE of my money that was taken by AlertPay and NEVER given to my client. I would like for a DIRECT line, or DIRECT extension so I can contact this person that is pretending to care. Not sure why games are being played. I don't even know what PM is?????

 

What is your direct line???? I WILL contact you as soon as I receive. I don't know why you are not giving this info to me. I would like to contact you. I would like ANY help I can get about getting MY money back that was scammed from me. BTW, I was told that AlertPay's Credit card machines are still down????!!!!!!! They are able to take money from you with these servers, but not give back?!?!?! come on now. I was born at night, but not last night.... PLEASE HELP!!!! I am desperate. I have not other options at this point. I have contacted the Canadian BBB and that is all I can do for now... PLEASE HELP !!!! ALL I want is my money back and to cancel my account so I don't ever have to deal with such unprofessionalism ever again. thanks

I all the time use paypal because it is very popular and major sites uses it, and loving it..

 

I'm not a fan of Paypal, but Paypal is better because it's the most popular, I wish another payment processor would take over, but I don't think it will ever happen.

 

I agree with tronik, paypal is much more popular therefore it is always used. I dont think others will take its spot.
