To start the phone validation procedure, just follow these steps: 1. Login to your AlertPay account. 2. Click on “Profileâ€. 3. Under “Personal†Select “Verificationâ€. 4. Click on “Phone Validation†and complete the steps. To submit identification documents, attach the requested documents to your reply to this email. Please ensure they are clearly visible, in .jpeg format and no larger than one megabyte in size. Please submit the following documents: • Proof of address, such as a bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill. The name and address must match with the information listed in your AlertPay account. hi, I have still been given NONE of my money that was taken by AlertPay and NEVER given to my client. I would like for a DIRECT line, or DIRECT extension so I can contact this person that is pretending to care. Not sure why games are being played. I don't even know what PM is?????
What is your direct line???? I WILL contact you as soon as I receive. I don't know why you are not giving this info to me. I would like to contact you. I would like ANY help I can get about getting MY money back that was scammed from me. BTW, I was told that AlertPay's Credit card machines are still down????!!!!!!! They are able to take money from you with these servers, but not give back?!?!?! come on now. I was born at night, but not last night.... PLEASE HELP!!!! I am desperate. I have not other options at this point. I have contacted the Canadian BBB and that is all I can do for now... PLEASE HELP !!!! I'm not a fan of Paypal, but Paypal is better because it's the most popular, I wish another payment processor would take over, but I don't think it will ever happen.
I agree with tronik, paypal is much more popular therefore it is always used. I dont think others will take its spot.
alertpay is the best Paypal sucks big time fraud and chargeback and paypal support is just pathetic simple dont help
i try to make make account alertpay, but i never get verified until now. why, becouse when i register, the system error. damm...
