In my case, I have I a paypal premier account which is verified and I do not see the 'View Limit' too. The reason being that when I got verified, Paypal lifted all limits for receiving and sending money. Could that be the same for you too ? Which country are you from anyways ?

Yes, I am sure because that is what I see in my Paypal account. But if you want to be sure, contact Paypal and ask.

    Hi,

Paypal has written this in their Help Center...

    Question :
Why does my account have limits?

    Answer :
When you open your PayPal account, you are only asked for the essential information so that you can start using your account straight away. To allow us to do this, all PayPal accounts are initially ‘Unverified’ and have limits on sending and withdrawing money.

Getting ‘Verified’ and confirming your address will lift these limits.

PayPal is also obliged to comply with EU anti-money laundering and 'Know-Your-Customer' regulations, which require us to place an annual receiving limit of £1,700 on PayPal accounts.

If your account is nearing this limit, you will receive notification of this and will be asked to complete a number of Verification steps to lift it. ‘Verified’ customers will have completed some of these steps already.

Note: All the requested Verification steps must be completed within the given time. If these steps are not completed in time or you reach the annual receiving limit of £1,700, you will no longer be able to withdraw or send money, fund transactions or close your account until you complete the steps.

    PHP:
So if you have verified your account, then you won't have limits on your account.

Hope this may have helped you. :)

I think you better call paypal for this issue. I can view my limits right down at the balance.

How can I lift my Withdrawal Limit?
Your withdrawal limit is the total amount of money you can withdraw from an unverified PayPal account. If your account is verified, you will not have a withdrawal limit.

If your account is unverified, here's how you can view and lift the withdrawal limit.
Log in to your PayPal account.
    Click the My Account tab.
On the Account Overview page, click the View Limits link.
The remaining amount you can send is listed under the Withdrawal Limit heading.
To lift your limit, follow the instructions on the Withdrawal Limit page.
