    I would definitely like to keep away from the debate as to whether verifying a Paypal account through a VCC is legit or not, however I would definitely like to point out that if you happen to have a US paypal account then there is no VCC alone available on the net that can get you verified.

    In addition to a VCC/CC US paypal account holders also require to provide their Checking account info to paypal authorities to get verified.

    Hope this clarifies the situation here.
